In order to challenge systemic racism, it is essential to support and act in solidarity with people of color-led groups that are fighting for structural change.
If you are white, we also encourage you to connect with white-led anti-racism groups to help you best accompany black and brown people in this work.

Committed to a “multi-racial, cross-class movement centering people of color leadership,” SURJ engages white anti-racist activists in the fight for collective liberation. This group provides members with opportunities to connect with and support local people of color-led groups. As SURJ states, “none of us can be free until we end white supremacy.”
