Double Booked: A Conversation about Working Families in the 21st Century
At the Religious Action Center, I spearheaded “Double Booked: A Conversation about Working Families in the 21st Century,” which ran for the six months leading up to the White House Summit on Working Families. The stories on the blog reflect the broad range of challenges that working families face today and suggest cultural and policy approaches to improve working families lives.
At Third Way, I helped create the Come Let Us Reason Together initiative, bringing together evangelical Christian and progressives leaders to find common ground on the most divisive culture issues, including abortion and gay equality. We took our policy agenda to President Obama’s then-transition team. Featured in E.J. Dionne's Culture War Treaty Op-Ed in The Washington Post.
